      When they have work and get a great group of people, but wait for the shoe to drop

      Cons

      They will cut employees in a heartbeat. They do not look at workload, they just get people out the door without trying to keep people. Company thinks " if we have work they will come back to us."

      Connected network of professionals Always had someone to take care of my needs Direct supervisor was always available Never had issues with materials/PPE/Clothing Established footprint in the oilfield

      Cheapish healthcare, alright man camps, simple work

      Cons

      lots of internal politics, meh pay that varies between fields. WNS makes the least, santos lease makes the most. The CEO told folks to their face she was getting a big ol bonus and when they asked about pay not being enough and they were struggling she said we could find a different job.
