- too many processes that they force upon the employees with a extremely high standard - managers aren't treated well to the point it can be seen by sales associates - lack of job security, always having the idea of "being fired as we dont meet the kpi's or cannot keep up with the operations" even though the duty placed on one staff is 5x what they should and could handle - can be fired in one day without notice if you are still within probation
