Pay was kinda bad (really bad)

Good organization for freshers to gain hands-on industry experience. Supportive teammates and a collaborative work culture. Exposure to automotive domain projects and client interactions. Opportunities to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. Stable work environment with a structured approach to delivery.

Career growth and role transitions may take time. Compensation could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Workload may increase during critical project phases. Process-heavy environment may feel restrictive for some employees. Limited flexibility in certain project or role allocations.
