Pros

Free lunch, underground parking space

Cons

a truly challenging work environment, It's a situations where management seems disorganised, and where employee performance is not evaluated fairly. The lack of clear instructions, the impact of a manager's mood on decisions, and the absence of constructive feedback can be incredibly frustrating. It's also concerning to hear about potential issues with leadership, such as the described lack of qualifications and questionable practices. Based on the information provided, this company seems to struggle with several key areas: Poor Management: The inability to provide clear instructions, the verbal abuse, and the inconsistent decision-making all point to significant management issues. Unfair Performance Evaluation: Basing performance on a manager's mood rather than KPIs creates an environment where employees may feel undervalued and lack a clear path for growth. Lack of Transparency: The issues with the CMO, the lack of pay raises for staff, and the questionable educational program raise concerns about transparency and ethical practices. Toxic Work Environment: The combination of these factors likely contributes to a toxic work environment where employee morale is low and growth is stifled. If you are facing a similar situation, it's essential to consider your priorities and well-being. Here are a few things to consider: These are just a small part of why you shouldn't work here and all the previous employees that have left or still there, would tell you the same.

Pros

Flexibility. Lunch provided. Generally friendly staffs. End work at 4.30pm

Cons

1) Staffs might be friendly, but they will pass you around and around like a ball just to get 1 simple answer to the task you're handling. 2) Frequently changing of systems by higher management. At the end, lower level staffs are the one who have to face the brunt of transferring data and learning to use the new system. 3) Office hour might end at 4.30pm, but please expect meetings to be held after 4.30pm. Work might also continue after 4.30pm (for staffs that deals with parents/students) and on weekends if there are school events. 4) Salary wise, do ask for higher rate, because that will be your only salary until you actually move up to higher position. Do not expect any bonus or even increment! 5) Be ready to receive a memo of delay on salary payment too. So whoever wants to join this organisation, please ensure you have solid savings to cover your expenses because you never know when you'll receive such memo. They do love to drop the bomb at the last minute. 6) Overall, it's an ok place to work for short term, but not advisable for long term.
