      Pros

      -weekly pay -good experience (if you need it) -team is pretty cool/fun

      Cons

      -CEO can have temper outbursts at any moment and has no problem humiliating people in front of staff -the place is a VERY VERY low level and generally unprofessional digital marketing company, a lot of incorrect methodologies and procedures are king here. -not paid anywhere near close to market value, my normal rate starts at $42/hour, they pay less than half for way more work -only a few people on the team (not including the CEO) know how to interface with clients properly -90% of the team knows nothing about digital marketing or what they are doing
