Pros
There is always something new to learn and something different to work on everyday. Get to work with all different facets of IT from networking to programming.
Cons
There is not much that is bad about working here. I guess being on call and getting a phone call at 2:00am but on call is part of the job so really not an issue since it is just part of it.
