      Pros

Multicultural Great People to work together Continuously improve on things Great growth curve Ability to learn a lot in a short period of time

      Cons

It became more political than performance :( Middle management has a lot of opinions rather than critical inputs to move to a better future High Performance is expected every single time, Prepare yourself for super energy levels No boundaries on responsibilities make things fluffy and recognition is lost :( More benefits and recognition for new employees, great changes however the old ones get lost

Business growth is pushed at employees‘ costs

      Pros

Many interesting topics you can contribute to, chance to take over lots of responsibility even when being rather inexperienced

      Cons

Unstructured, little appreciative, highly competitive work environment Bad work life balance, almost everyone works plenty of unpaid extra hours Most of the team leads are junior people with very limited leading experience and oberwhelmed by their roles People who can‘t deal with the pressure and don‘t meet the performance expectations need to fear to get dismissed

      Pros

People are down-to-earth and willing to help you with any help you need.

      Cons

Due to the fast-growing nature of the company, job descriptions become more complex and intertwined.

Top management without empathy & a company focusing at short term revenue at all cost

      Jul 2, 2022 - Manager

      Pros

Great colleagues with diverse backgrounds in an international environment. Opportunity to try different responsibilities. Data-driven environment in which people can test their ideas and hypotheses. Great at employer branding and marketing (see more in cons).

      Cons

Do not be enticed by the manager title. Everyone gets one except interns. It is like the Oprah show: “You get a manager title, you get a manager title - everyone gets a a manager title”. Very little focus on employee retainment. People that have worked over 1 year are seen as veterans. Turnover of 60% in the team I am part of. C-level management sees employees as replaceable. Doesn’t make sense when they spend a lot of time and resources on recruitment but bare minimum at retainment. Just see the number of open positions as a proof of this. The issue above is also related to the ongoing theme of focusing on short term gains rather then long term. Make as much money as possible even if it means not being honest to your customers. Revenue before all. See the last point in pros. Emma is great at employer branding and marketing, which leads to false advertising. Promise prospective employees apples but give them bananas, and then ignores that fact. Promise flexible home office policy in recruitment process but remove later the rule for everyone in the company. A clear top-down decision that has been made without getting feedback from employees. Strange decision to do when most employees are expats who want to utilise home office days to stay longer in their home countries during holidays. As the title said, lack of empathy and understanding from leaders. Compensation not competitive. Note that Glassdoor ratings and reviews are skewed. Same reasoning here as in other 1 and 2 star reviews.

      Not for everyone

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great base pay (depends on location)

      Cons

Agree with previous negative reviews about the organization - Lack of structure means you'll be doing a lot of things that are not on your job description - Expect people who are not even your boss to ask you to do things just because they feel more superior, even if those people don't even know how things are being done. - Since there are no KPIs, you rely heavily on feedback of other peers to you. Meaning, you have to please others to have a good performance rating. - No performance bonus - Flexitime since you're expected to be available anytime of the day - High turnover rate
