      Pros

Nice co-workers and sometimes parties on friday

      Cons

      - high stress level - no learning curve (which is one of their main points as "start-up") - mainly fire-fighing - you might get unattainable goals that you have to solve - very low salary - no other benefits - mostly men in high positions - exploitation of foreign employees (Asia)

      Pros

      The new office is Dog-friendly

      Cons

The company pays a very low salary even after a huge growth They do not care about the stress levels or the well being of the employees, even during COVID If you are looking for a company that does many shady things, especially to overqualified expatriates, this is the company No one stays in the company as they do not want people to stay for long - employee turn over is very low Previous work experience and education is disregarded

      Pros

Many interesting projects Good chance to improve your Office skills Good customer service experience Marketing projects (Contact content creators, influencers) Analyze reports, people analytics, instagram influencers stats Team work Gym is paid for by the company German classes are paid for by the company Open-minded people FREE COFFEE <3

      Cons

Very low salaries (half the minimum wage) It is important to be careful about the people/relationships you develop because something you say can be turned against you. Very often it feels like an actual customer-service job, rather than an internship.
