Some really nice colleagues, many of them young and bright who will realise their value at the next opportunity
Cons
Run by a limited CEO with little to no cohesive strategy in a competitive market makes for an uphill battle. You never quite feel as though you are getting the full picture with the state or history of the company. Staff are never paid on time which makes you feel undervalued and wondering if they can keep the lights on. High staff turnover with lots of potential wasted

Positive workplace with a great culture. Work is fast paced with the opportunity to have your voice and opinions heard. The management is non-hierarchical, and provides a great opportunity for growth.

Lack of transparency Lack of reliability (eg. depending on your office, you may have difficulties to get paid...) Lack of stability due to poor management practices (high turnover within the leadership team: 3 VP sales, 2 VP marketing, 2 VP sustainability etc. in less than 2 years) Lack of strategy and organisation
