Pros

- Work/life balance is good. - Lots of room to grow. - You get paid to take a considerable amount of learning days annually. - Lots of intelligent people to work with, everyone is actually nice, and has a good balance of people at different stages in their career. - Management are really nice and not on your all the time, but there when you need their help. I'd work here again.

Cons

- Make sure you get a good base, because it can be difficult to increase your salary considerably once you're already there.
