I worked at Electric Ireland full-time

    Pros

Good for families, flexible working sometimes possible

    Cons

Leadership has gone down hill in recent years. No progression inside teams, huge turnover of newer staff. Antiquated systems, lack of bravery and market leadership. Don't pay market rates hence mass exodus. Teams are in silos, poor communication between departments. Not good if you want to progress your career...

    Advice to Management

Focus on bringing back the positive culture... it has died a death.
