    Good for families, flexible working sometimes possible

    Cons

    Leadership has gone down hill in recent years. No progression inside teams, huge turnover of newer staff. Antiquated systems, lack of bravery and market leadership. Don't pay market rates hence mass exodus. Teams are in silos, poor communication between departments. Not good if you want to progress your career...

    Really nothing I can think of

    This was a labor camp, min wage , no time off , pretty much chained to your desk thankfully only spent a brief stint here between jobs, they treated the workforce like paid slaves.
