      Pros

Great people working here who are willing to share their knowledge and time, cutting-edge and interesting work, good work-life balance, the company is supportive of further education that is relevant to the job.

      Cons

Tough economy means that there is little prospect for career progression for the foreseeable future. Increasingly complex regulations and planning standards can make progress difficult.
