The management is well aware of the situation you are referring to and sorry to hear that this is negatively affecting your experience at EcoVadis . At our level the moment we were made aware of this situation a thorough investigation was done and we took sufficient corrective actions so that it is not repeated in the future, for example applying correctly a well-defined process. EcoVadis pays attention to leadership competencies, quality, seniority and impact in the team when selecting their leaders and promoting people. We have the wellbeing of our staff at heart and this is why we encourage our staff to speak to the local HR anytime they have a concern. Your comment about being in a hyper-growth phase is true and has two sides to it: The fast pace makes the work dynamic and exciting while also demanding a certain level of agility from us all to adapt.
