    Interesting job, I learnt a lot. Good management. Understanding bosses. Excellent place to start working. Fair salary. I received trainings.

    Nil..... nothing to say good about..

    Cons

    lots of work. managers do not know their staff or managers who only talk and push work down and go for coffee breaks.. senior management trying to act fierce and try to bully the bottom.. most managers only know how to talk don't have much experience in technical skills.. long hours.. can't even feel is christmas day or cny when you are working non stop even sat and sundays.. sack you without considering your hard... work..

    None. That is zero, zip, zilch, nada, 0!

    Cons

    Completely incompetent management, discriminatory practices when it comes to hours, wages, vacation time, or anuthing really. Honestly its horrible. Management bullies specific employees over nonsensical issues that they have no power over and then change procedures on what seems like a weekly basis in order to find more problems with them. Want ramadan off? Sure take the whole month! You want to spend christmas... with your family? Not gonna happen. Yearly pay increases? Non existent. Want to speak with HR? Good luck getting through and when you do youre getting fired because our privacy policy doesnt exist either. It is a culture of parasitic, unethical practices that should not be tolerated.

    Get an education of literally any type, fire all of your "supervisors" and replace them with competent people with experience and some grasp of ethics.

    very supportive management, helpful coworkers, negotiable vacation, based on years of seniority, good benefit package, summer golf tournament, indoor fully equipped gym, summer Friday short hours

    Cons

    very long hours (no overtime pay), often weekends to work without compensation - just to get job done, extreme multitasking, very tight deadlines, working on many projects at the same time

    Coordinate better number of jobs taken for bidding,- according to the number of estimators; somehow compensate people for their dedication to get the job done no matter what
