I worked at EF Education First full-time for less than a year

    Pros

EF try to suck out your soul. They state they hire "EF people" with "EF energy" what this translates to for them is great people with lots of drive and motivation that will work hard and they will not reward you in any way and expect more and more. Low pay, long hours, emergency call hours (unpaid)! Then they have an expectation for you to socialise with higher management when they come to visit. why would you... socialise with people you have no respect for? Dim witted....

    Cons

Low pay, poor management, poor organisation, expect too many hours during unsociable times

    Advice to Management

Learn to manage Value your good employees Invest in the company in the correct ways Recognise and learn from your failures Don't put untrained, slow to learn people in senior positions.

I worked at EF Education First full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice people and environment, exciting product, It is nice to talk about traveling the whole day. Nice place to gain first job experience.

    Cons

The customers are tough, the commisions for sales managers are quite low, the weekly targets tend to suck energy from you because you can never get into the stage where you are ahead with your work so you can relax a bit.

    Advice to Management

Provide possibilities of growth to young talents. Usually the growth is achieved only after quite a long time but to keep young talents, you need to let them grow freely.
