Pros
Loads of autonomy. Loads of opportunity to travel internationally (I visited Marlow, London, Rotterdam, New Jersey, Austin, Pennsylvania, Malibu, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chennai and more in my 5.5 years at the company. You get to work with great people all over the world.
Cons
Because it is such an old company, sometimes it feels like there are two many processes and obstacles to getting things done. Its a very risk averse company, so to get things done you have to be ready to hussle.
Advice to Management
Trust your people to get stuff done, too many processes focused on lowering risk instead of delivering customer value.
