Pros
Great team of engineers with a wealth of knowledge in the team. Currently, remote working options are very flexible.
Cons
We are lacking in a proper support structure in terms of managerial staff and data analysts. Claims to be "agile" but fails to really implement this, with constant missing of deadlines. The pay range is also very low for the current market in Dublin, and salary progession has been extremely poor, year-on-year. No real progression through your career, with promotions being few and far between, and no real drive to learn new things or expand your knowledge for future projects
