I have been working at Domestic & General Group full-time for more than 10 years

      Pros

High employee engagement Visual management at all levels Low attrition Excellent benefits Career progression Regular progress reviews Fun energetic atmosphere Family feel Excellent opportunities to support local charities Excellent social and charity events

      Cons

      Advice to Management

The site is very dated and drab in comparison to other sites. There is little in the way of the branding we have and the office areas are very magnolia. Being the smaller of the 3 UK sites I feel we are always left until last for improvements.

I have been working at Domestic & General Group full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Salary, bonus, the people you work alongside.

      Cons

Bad management, constructive dismissal, lying about almost every aspect of the job.

      Advice to Management

Some of your managers are obviously inexperienced and have this “win at any cost attitude”. Eventually this will your own undoing as youcan only get away with cheating your employees for so long until someone raises a grievance.
