    I worked at Disneyland Paris

    Pros

-They hire people who have no previous work experience -You meet people from all over the world -Paris city centre is only 32km away -You can get in the parks for free as many times as you want -They provide you with free limited tickets to invite your friends or family

    Cons

-The work is VERY repetitive -You have to be extremely flexible when it comes to shifts (hotels can go from 6:30am to 1am and shops until 2am, and days off split quite often) -Very difficult to get promoted, even if you have the skills, so you keep doing the repetitive work all the time -The official Disney residence for employees is not close to the parks, and buses don't run that often, specially during the night or the weekend. Plus, you have to share your little studio with somebody else. -The salaries are low, expect to earn the minimum French wage for a few years -No holidays during your first year of work (this is the French law I think)

Most People are arrogant, pay should be more, store stuff goes on behind doors than you’d think. A lot of my friends got paid a month late, no empathy for beginners.
