Pros
Working at Deep Fork has been great so far. The small team means for more communication and the ability to have a personalized workflow. Everyone here is passionate about growing their skills and helping small businesses, so coming to work every day feels fresh and exciting.
Cons
Since the company is fairly new, there are still a few processes that haven't been fully fleshed out, which sometimes lead to miscommunication or time-management errors.

Motivated to do well. Interested in a variety of topics and helping a variety of people.
Cons
Part of their process is discussing people and their observations of individuals. Perhaps I am more sensitive than most but this bordered on rude and insensitive occasionally.
