Pros

As part of the Decimal Engineering family, I have seen that the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is one of the things that makes it stand out. I appreciate how the leadership team actively seeks out diverse candidates and creates an inclusive work culture where everyone feels welcome. One thing that sets the company apart is its strong focus on create exceptional value for customers by listening to customer needs and providing solutions for them. The manufacturing operations accomplish this by providing customers with the highest quality parts at competitive prices.

Cons

There have been instances where deadlines were missed, impacting the overall project timeline. It’s important to address this by developing a more effective time management strategy.
