    I transferred my job to Bristol from the Cornwall store and I got a lot more responsibility in Bristol.

    Transfers from the Cornwall store were never smooth.

    Pros

    Paid breaks, not long shifts, very diverse and interactive job role.

    Cons

    Difficult to obtain a full-time employment; temporary roles are the only way to be able to secure a job at Debenhams, and permanent roles are determined upon performance at the temporary period.

    Friendly shop floor team and good staff discount rates (you get a higher discount if you have a lower wage)

    Cons

    You sometimes end up working one section (e.g. till, changing rooms, tidying up shop floor appearance) instead of regular rotations with other sales advisers

    Push for accounts is sometimes a little too much although it is understandable why. Can sometimes be too much pressure
