Great base staff. Will learn a lot. Easy to get a job
Cons
Mass exodus of staff currently occurring. 80 plus staff have left since Xmas. Impossible deadlines are required to be kept. Heavy stress on base staff. No work life balance. Poor chances of becoming permanent without threatening leaving. Coming close to end of projects whole teams have quit due to pressure. Burnout is common. People use their days to rest and recover rather than enjoy. Many employees dread coming back to work after weekend
