Some colleagues were nice - but that is all the good I can mention here
Cons
Unprofessional management along with team lead at the time bullying staff out of the company, or gossipping about staff in their own language with these people present over a lunch out with CEO. Management giving dressing down to staff via email with client still in CC of that email - more than unprofessional. Micro management present and no appreciation for staff working their backsides off doing the workload for three people - no matter what you do, it is never appreciated or acknowledged. You will still be asked why you did not do this or that task when you are already trying to juggle as much as you can , trying to cover for sick colleagues. After some while I dreaded going to work in the morning, felt sick and with stomach ache as physical effects of the working situation which is a no-go! Unfair dismissal of a colleague who had quite some sick leave due to mental health issues. And when one of the higher-up CEO or management team from the States came for a visit to our office he asked a female colleague whether she would like to join him in his hotel room. This has not been made up in any way, they were real occurrences and experiences by me and my former colleagues.
