Pros
Good salary. Flexible schedule. Opportunity to work from home in case of circumstances or illness. Opportunity to take sick leaves up to 10 days a year. Lots of internal courses, trainings, seminars. Lots of different customers in different countries - great chance to improve language skills! Coffee, tea, cookies, fruits and vegetables!
Cons
Rare opportunities to travel to business trips - highly depends on position - almost impossible for developers & engineers.

However, it’s always good to speak to your current mentor to discuss your personal opportunities to travel to the client site.
