Pros
Good salary. Flexible schedule. Opportunity to work from home in case of circumstances or illness. Opportunity to take sick leaves up to 10 days a year. Lots of internal courses, trainings, seminars. Lots of different customers in different countries - great chance to improve language skills! Coffee, tea, cookies, fruits and vegetables!
Cons
Rare opportunities to travel to business trips - highly depends on position - almost impossible for developers & engineers.

Thank you very much for your review! Many good things have been said! As for business trips, you are right, it definitely depends on the role in the project. However, it’s always good to speak to your current mentor to discuss your personal opportunities to travel to the client site.

Pros
Agile structure, any deals are possible. An employee can switch the project or even the tech stack without financial losses. Personal development is encouraged.
Cons
Good communication processes with clients lead to rare business trips.
