      Good salary, flex work hours. Retirement home. Independant

      Cons

      Toxic colleagues. Gaslighting openly. Silent treatments if you not part of their group. Mentally abusive for new people. Alot gossiping and passive-aggressive.

      Salary paid good. Potential for higher salary depending on how well you talk. The sweeter your mouth, the higher you go.

      Small company. Do many things. Your technical skill is capped and won't progress. You can only progress if you can talk better.
