23 Feb 2021 - Anonymous Employee in Dublin, DublinRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Friendly People. Liberal Culture in line with global practices. Usually a good pay master(but it is subject to change depending on the current leadership).
Cons
Bad Project Planning - too tight deadlines and lots of corners cut - leads to undue employee pressure and unnecessary product issues. Wrong Motivation towards Product Development - readily accept any requirement from the Business which has detrimental long-term impact on the Product and Development Team. Not Much Thought goes into Requirement Fitting in Products. Very Bureaucratic Hierarchy. Not Enough Peer Review in a general sense - Stunts Learning opportunities for everyone.
