Cpl is a brilliant place to work. It's a very inclusive organisation with an open door policy. Cpl has provided me with some great flexibility over the years which has been amazing for my work/life balance and bringing up a young family. Management are so easy to approach and all operate with an open door policy. I think the communication throughout the pandemic has been excellent and has brought the regions and overseas offices more into the fold with a great sense of inclusiveness.

The compensation and benefits could be improved upon.

The team had a good work life balance, and were friends outside of work. But, that all changed. There is a lot of business, so a good chance to make commission if you are in the right market. Training was good at the begining

The company doesn't care about employees. The management care only about those who are making money and not in supporting those who aren't. The turn-over is outrageous, in the team there are about 4 consultants who are there over a year in a team of 16 or so. Management is not transparent and frankly not very professional either, a lot of favourite and emails and whispering behind others back. There is no democracy in the team, who ever is making money gets the final say on everything. Anything team related was cut, no team nights out, no team bonding lunches, no going away parties. We were expected to stay late and come in early, without being rewarded, not even a thank you. Leaving was a chore to them, and it really showed how little I meant to the manager or the company. To be honest, leaving Cpl was the best decision I have ever made, seeing how other agencies work, I know now, that I would NEVER go back.

Very nice place to work, relaxed environment, good work life balance. Multicultural environment, with a huge talented work force and very helpful people.

Cons

Significantly low compensation, no major perks or benefits, difficult KPI bonus structure, no V H I, and difficult to get promotion due to company structure.
