    Free coffee for staff. Good training

    Cons

    Hard to get the days off you want even when booking in advance. (Short staffed). If the day is busy and you’re late finishing the clean up required on closing you don’t get paid for the time you stay Kate

    Good training and basis to learn how to work, early mornings and late nights. Learn how to deal with the public If interested in coffee you will get insight into the whole process and can compete in Barista competitions

    No guaranteed hours and shifts not always covered for busy periods/breaks/etc
