I worked at Compugen (Canada) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You are able to get a lot of experience really quickly.

    Cons

Management doesn't listen to the concerns of employees. They are more about making money for themselves than paying their staff. The pay is abhorrent, nepotism is ridiculous and many professionals are leaving because of this. Very little career growth if you're not "connected".

I have been working at Compugen (Canada) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Compugen seems to legitimately care about me as an individual, instead of just a productivity driver. They have policies in place across their workforce that reinforce this, and are incredibly family-focused for a national company.

    Cons

Some of the organization can feel a bit loose if you're not working from home base in Richmond Hill.

I worked at Compugen (Canada) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Could be good to practice and gain some working experience.

    Cons

The company only cares about what you can give and contribute to the company. They don't have any plans for the employees growth and advancement. They only give what is due for the work rendered from the entire shift, but don't pay extra if you have other contributions to the company.

I worked at Compugen (Canada) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The health benefits were nice.

    Cons

Join only if you like getting stuck in one place. There is no chance of growth or internal mobility. The work is also quite repetitive in nature, and the training given is mostly obselete. You will just waste your time here.
