Pros
The people here are amazing. Everyone bands together to accomplish the job. It's rewarding to work for a company with a mission to produce clean energy and halt climate change, ultimately making the world a better place for future generations
Cons
As with any growing company there is a lot to do and different ways of doing things. If you are a "roll up your sleeves" type person, it's wonderful for the right person but if you don't like to push yourself it can be a challenge.

Great working environment - even when remote. Very strong team, collaborative, innovative and technically astute. Fun fast paced environment. Managers care about their employee's well being, which helps create an enthusiastic workforce.
Cons
Office is located outside of the city.
