Nice people that are collaborative. Great quality brands

Cons

Company has become really toxic. Leadership don’t know what they’re doing, and don’t want to hear any feedback. The brands are really suffering because of it. Pay is awful. No real growth opportunities, some “lateral growth” opportunities, which really means more work and no extra pay. This place used to be great, but would not recommend it now, it feels like being in a sinking ship.
