    I have been working at City of Edmonton part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Competitive Salary, flexible hours, fun environment.

    Cons

    Poor management support. On call people doesn't really help RFA's problem. Management needs more training.

    Advice to Management

    Promote people because they're competitive not because you like them.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits, flexible work hours by choosing your preference start time. Great work environment. Morale high

    Cons

    24/7 operation, somebody has to work stats days and xmas. Hard to progress and diversity skills as competition for jobs is extremely high.

    Keep up the good work
