        Pros

It was a job that I used to fund my education and I moved on and never worked for anyone again.

        Cons

It was the worst environment and culture ever... and I worked at Wells Fargo. I would either cry or scream my entire ride home from work. I have never had that from a job before... and thankfully never again.

            Pros

Great opportunity to work in a global, large scale and impactful bank. Lots of smart, driven people and enterprise level systems.

            Cons

Work life balance was a challenge to manage due to the amount of work and demanding production environment. Very top down environment where decisions made did not always seem to 'make sense' for the business units.

              Pros

The company has great benefits, fitness center. Some locations have a daycare service. The company has gone to a more at home work environment which is a great advantage to families.

              Cons

Although the company uses a targeted selection process in their hiring practices. It is very difficult to move up in the company individuals are hand picked for positions. The amount of work assigned is not compensated appropriately.

There are some delightful people working there. Some good talent.

                Cons

Some leadership demonstrates very unprofessional behavior and nothing done about it even when revealed to senior leadership. Very challenging work environment if you are one who likes to work and get things done.

                  Pros

                  The Cafeteria has friendly employees.

                  Cons

Where to start. I was lied to in my interview about training and work schedule. I was promised training in my job function, never received any. I was assigned work right away with no information on how to do it and publicly shamed in front of my team when it was incorrect. Interview advised that employees are off before 7pm. Left before 7pm perhaps once a month, constantly worked weekends. 200 analysts in a room without windows, no natural light at all. It was like working underground for 10-12 hours at a time. Supervisors often do not know how to do the work themselves, they just sit back and criticize while their employees drown. The unprofessionalism in interpersonal communication really took me back. I have worked in other financial institutions and never had a supervisor cuss at me like a child before working here. Citi needs to look into this location. It's a very depressing environment to work in and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Clear policies and systems in place since its a global bank. Good managers and teammates.

                    Cons

Stressful work environment depending on the team you'll join especially if there's lots of new migrated accounts.

                        Pros

The other benefits are better than most other foreign banks. The work environment is pleasant and you get support for most of the projects you undertake.

                        Cons

Work hours can be demanding normally working more than 11 hours a day. When an employee leaves the company normally opts to assign the responsibilities abandoned instead of adding the headcount. This sometimes leaves some units overstretched in terms of workload.

What is going on with this new practice. You apply for a job get confirmation for it etc. And then you get e message directly from the company that you just applied for and they are like if you would like to apply for this position follow this link?! This keeps happening how does it make any kind of sense?

                      Leasing Manager

I recently received a Job offer. I accepted it verbally in order for them to send me the official offer letter. It does match everything they described to me (based on salary, sign on bonus, & relocation assistance.) However the question I have is should i attempt to negotiate for a higher base salary? When speaking to my parents about it they told me that the time for negotiation is over as I accepted the offer as it stands and they sent it to me.
