Salaries are not very good compared to the market from what I have seen, there is a lack of communication and transparency in decisions being made by management, some departments benefit more than others for having a good supervisor and it can sometimes feel unfair as some departments have benefits that others don’t. There are added levels of management and it can sometimes feel like it can take forever to get an answer to a simple question. Some people from higher management really need to learn basic manners as some will bluntly ignore you or look at you as if you are inferior (especially one from France), but people and most of management are generally friendly.

Always asked for flexibility but only for their benefits. Asked to do a lot with less. Manager does not recognized the hardwork and the flexibility you are putting. Hardwork does not equal salary raise or promotion. Managers lacked of management skills even though they had management trainings.
