    They care about people development They care about employee's health more that oil productions Good mentorship program Work life balance Established system, it is easy for new people to understand their work process (they even have a website for acronyms they use)

    The cons happen during oil price downturn. Some trainings may be cancelled.

    > Since the oil price downturn, promotion becomes more stringent > Increasing trend of nationalization > Work process are detailed and strict, good and bad. It protects you and the company but it might moves slower than what you want
