Company makes you move abroad and subsequently pay very high rent to work remotely 5 days a week, which is nonsensical and lowers morale.

The Irish healthcare environment in Ireland is no where near developed or mature enough of able to adopt or afford the solutions that Cerner offer. There is only one main customer and that is the HSE. As a result many projects move at a frustratingly slow pace. Not the fault of Cerner but the fault of an Irish healthcare system that is a basket case.
