Pros

The center has a good cause and promotes social justice, most people are kind and welcoming. The team I worked on had some talented people

Cons

Unorganized Structure The influx of Black women, youth and LGBTQ individuals quitting/getting let go is very apparent and is quite telling of this organization. Seems more of a performative institution rather than real work, operates as a corporate structure. miscommunication and lack of transparency from upper management. very poor onboarding and training practices A LOT of favoritism towards older generations and disregard towards younger generations.
