      Pros

      Management super accommodating to ensure you can work in a way that works for you! Option to work remotely/hybrid/in office to suit your needs Fun team building events Great co-workers Opportunity to progress Frequent salary reviews When I moved home from Vancouver to Ireland, the CEO offered for me to stay on in whatever capacity worked for me. I work hours that suit both myself and the team which is great. My colleagues have been able to travel while working. As long as work is completed, management are happy to meet your needs.

      Cons

      Benefits could be slightly better - but the current package is still great. Vision, dental, healthcare etc.

      None (which is why I am surprised there aren't already reviews of this company by other former employees).

      Cons

      - Literally a "Mom & Pop" Shop (CEO - Husband, CFO - Wife) - Small fish in a big pond - Antiquated (Employee Scheduling and Time & Attendance) system well behind their competition - Over 50 % of Employees involved in R&D . . . but little delivered - Don't retain clients (more former than current) - No trust of, or loyalty to employees
