- Nice Place to work -Its known as "Capita" internally, Ventura is just a legal name to operate -Remuneration is Best in the business -Work pressure is moderate -Appraisals are good - Good Employee engagement activities

-Very slow vertical growth -You have to stuck with same project for longer period - Onsite opportunities are less for everyone (except testing ) - Learning will be limited if stuck in wrong projects
