All the free food and drinks you could want.

Management does not care or listen. There is little to no communication. As a supervisor told me on my first day, 'Everything is you fault. Whether it actually is or not.' You are literally blamed for everything. Office and warehouse staff are incompetent. There are many who either can't, or just simply won't do their jobs. Constant wrong or damaged product being sent out. Benefits are garbage for such a big company. No advancement opportunities unless you know the right people. Pay is ridiculous for all the work we do. A lot of free labor you have to do. No raises at all. Very little work/life balance.
