The funding, and the research. The fact that our clients do not realize we don't have an actual product.

Cons

Glassdoor doesn't allow enough characters to list all of them, but take a look at all the C level executives leaving randomly. That should tell you something.

Where do I begin... CEO is a despotic and inexperienced kid that thinks founding a company is cool. The product sounds cool and is nice but there is no real interest/use case for it. There were zero clients while I was working there and my understanding is that it hasn't changed much. The HR lady was one of the meanest persons I've ever had the "pleasure" to meet. A lot of people complained about her but the CEO did nothing because she was basically his minion. People would disappear and no one knew where they went. They hired 2 product managers in the span of a few months and they were both let go without anyone really knowing what had happened.
