I have been working at Caffè Nero full-time

    Pros

Actively promotes staff. You can become part of a team that you treat like your own family. Barista experience. Paid breaks. Fun work environment.

    Cons

Varying in shops and location the staff turnover may be different due to the minimum wage provided, compared to other coffee shops. The lack of a security guard in certain shops decreases the safety of your customers, coworkers, and yourself.

    Cons

Poorly paid, a lot was expected of me, I was rarely given 2 days off together, small team for such a busy cafe - we were all spread thin and I wasn't permitted to hire other staff to alleviate my teams stress
