Work colleagues, teamwork, positive, culture and work environment. Working at BSCI Galway less than a year. Really impressed with the culture that exists and the engagement that management have with their sub ordinates. Some very motivating and positive managers who get the most from their members by being motivators and cheering you on from the sideline. Lots of resources available to contractors and given equal opportunities to permanent employees.

Traffic entering and exiting the site at varying times but this is also a responsibility of Galway Co. Council to resolve

Slow work environment. It's the nature of the job, but a lot of red tape everywhere. Lots and lots of stakeholders so decisions can be slow, and often out of your hands despite you being the person doing all the work
