- professional and personal development opportunities - strong leadership team that effectively communicated company strategy during COVID pandemic - responded quickly and in ways that seemed to be least disruptive to majority of staff ( seemed to be done in a caring way for employees ) - caring managers who have been flexible during COVID - interesting internal R&D work being done

- benefits and pay are good, but not as high as some other employers - some things can take a lot longer due to internal processes at a large company

I would say communication between departments could be a concern at times. Since it’s a large company, specialization of areas of responsibility was the norm and could be challenging.
