Joining this company itself is cons. If u Want to spoil ur career , pass some time and love hearing lies then definitely join here. No paid leave. No sick leave. Even u get hospitalized then u have to fill up that leave in Saturday and Sunday. Doesn't matter how long u stayed and hard worked for this company. U will never get appreciation for anything. No hierarchy. He will make manager of whole company someone out of college with no experience. Then blame that person or other employees for not getting output. When u decide to resign. He will show u fake dreams and fake promises. Even if u want to resign. Then in notice period he will never give u respect. treat u as u mean nothing to him. For ex. Doesn't reply to ur msg. Cut ur salary unreasonable. Start talking bad about your work even if u give 100% No benefits offered from company No medical insurance for employees No professional tax cut from ur salary No Employee ID and No form 16 No salary slip. Even if get one it's useless as this company

1. Doesn't give respect to the employees 2. low salary pays 3. Will force you to work extra hours and will not even give respect to your private life 4. Will cut the salaries for silly reasons for ex: Due to a change in working days to 5 days per week, he removed the leaves for employees and didn't bother to inform the staff. The salaries of employees were deducted who took the leave without knowing the removal of the leaves. When he said that it is understood no need to inform about it. 5. They will only focus on the recording videos of the games we develop, wont have carrier growth here. 6. Impossible deadlines and there is no work-life balance.
