I’ve worked with many talented colleagues, and everyone has been supportive—even without knowing Hindi, collaboration was never an issue. Management, including the CEO and HR, are approachable and supportive. If you demonstrate your skills, take initiative, and stay committed, they recognize it and help you grow further.
