Pros

I’ve been working here for 5 years, and my journey has been very positive overall. I joined as a fresher and have grown into a senior developer, which shows the kind of opportunities available here. The company provides exposure to multiple projects, allowing continuous learning and skill development. The environment encourages growth if you’re willing to put in the effort. I’ve worked with many talented colleagues, and everyone has been supportive—even without knowing Hindi, collaboration was never an issue. Management, including the CEO and HR, are approachable and supportive. If you demonstrate your skills, take initiative, and stay committed, they recognize it and help you grow further.

Cons

The expectations can be high, as the work is skill-driven and competitive. This environment may not suit everyone, and those who struggle to meet expectations might find it challenging to keep up. In some cases, it can come down to a skill issue, especially in a fast-paced, creative field where continuous improvement is important.

Pros

Leadership is pragmatic, and focused on long-term differentiation in a saturated mobile games market. Emphasis on ownership. Self-driven, reliable, and productive individuals are recognized, valued and given freedom to work on their rules. Flexible work structure including work-from-home options and a reasonable one-hour lunch break Leadership is genuinely accessible to everyone, open to ideas, and quick to support initiatives that drive results. There’s a deliberate lack of bureaucracy here. You’re trusted to manage your time like an adult.

Cons

This is not a place for people who need heavy structure or constant direction. The same freedom that enables strong performers can expose weaker ones quickly. If you rely on process to compensate for lack of ownership, you will struggle. Feedback can be direct to the point of discomfort. There’s little patience for politics or cushioning. Some people interpret that as harsh, especially if they’re used to slower, more layered corporate environments. Because the studio is actively trying to differentiate, priorities can shift faster than in more conservative companies. That can feel unstable if you prefer long, predictable cycles.
