Walking around in the hot sun for 6-7 hours without any pay. The job is commission only even though all their listings say 35-45k a year plus commission. The only way to get a base salary is by becoming an assistant manager which takes years unless you know people. $700 signing bonus is only given in two installments which is contingent upon how many sales you make.
