      team mates are helpful but office politics will be much more

      long working hours and stict deadlines. You have to work even in Saturdays sometimes to complete work

We are 5 days working comp, and we do provide complete flexibility to our team members in terms of timings, and we even provide compensatory off in case of extra work done by team members on the weekends.       I worked with Bigstep for around 2.4 years as a Cloud & DevOps Engineer. Bigstep has a good working environment and great working culture. Bigstep colleagues are very supportive. Bigstep Founder and Co-Founder are very supportive and amzing personality. I have enojyed my 2years very well. Bigstep also oganize the great events e.g- Diwali party, Holi party, Christmas Party etc..
