1.Friendly working culture with Aggressive Targets Drive. 2.Give importance to Employee (Internal customers) as they give priority to customers 3.Freedom to work & Frequent Feedbacks taking from Employees to understand the Employees Experience.

1.Promations & Salary correction. 2. 6 days of working in the week &Frequent Process & Policy's changes 3.Local conveyance payment not updated from more than 13 years (Even though petrol price's reaching high never before). 4.Restreactions to take leaves which mandatory (Employee don't have freedom to take leaves when need most & it's under control of reporting Manager)
