- Good stepping stone company to grab experience. - Solid tech stack

Cons

- Extremely condescending management at all levels. Will belittle you every step of the way and not give any useful critiques. - Could be a good company if managers knew how to manage.

Flexible in many things and great coworkers.

Cons

Greatly over staffed, no support from management do to everyone in the company being over worked, cannot complete projects you are given, extremely high expectation with little to no resources or guidance, you will be asked to do many things outside of your job description. Major department and priority changes with little notice and regularly. Employees are not paid according to responsibility changes or higher demand.
